| Intuitive Healing Cured My Multiple Physical Ailments. |
| Apr 01, 2012 |
Hi Irina, I’m really happy you gave us a platform to share our experience with everyone through your blogs. As 2012 began, I started enjoying improved health and mental peace. I have always believed that proper nutrition is the key to healthy living, but there are certain problems that nutrition alone can’t take care of. I’ve long been suffering from three health problems that could never be resolved despite trying every possible treatment – rotated pelvic bone, severe seasonal allergies and stiff scar tissue in my breast area. I was highly allergic to grass and tree pollination. My parents have thoroughly studied energy healing and they have some really good contacts with energy healers. Since I absolutely didn’t know how the healing happens, I kind of didn’t believe in it, and neither was I interested to learn it. But my dad convinced me to see one of his intuitive friends. We fixed up a meeting when he had me thoroughly assessed. I liked his dedicated attention and personal interest in my well-being. We had a session thereafter to work on shifting my energy, and soon the energy in my body started flowing. My symptoms started to cease the next morning. I no longer felt allergic. Within just two weeks, runny nose, crawling skin, red patches, itching eyes, it all was gone! His healing hands cured what no other treatment could in the past three decades. In the second session, he reviewed my complete health and addressed other equally troublesome issues. No amount of stretching exercise or chiropractic could relieve me of the rotated pelvic bone, but he healed it finally. He also addressed the scar tissues in my breast area. I got to learn how I could listen to my intuitive voice to heal myself. The next morning when I woke up, I noticed an alignment in my pelvic bone. The chronic pain in my hips was gone, and there were no scar tissues on my breast! Unbelievable! It’s been over 12 years and none of these symptoms ever troubled me again. I thank my medical intuitive for healing me, and hope that, just like me, many more people will benefit from this gift.
Sincerely, - Pamela, Chico, CA |
| Intuition – A True Story |
| Mar 25, 2012 |
I’ve many times had weird gut feelings. Because of this strange sense, many people, including my husband, call me crazy. In the beginning I was depressed due to my scary ability to sense things that are about to happen. It frightened me a lot until I met a very generous medical intuitive (and now a good friend of mine) who told me that I could use my intuition for the good of myself, my family and others. I still couldn’t forget the horrible incidence happened almost eight years ago. Once my husband returned after playing volleyball, and along came one of his friends. We greeted each other, then chatted over coffee. However, I felt uneasy talking to this guy. I left it as that because it wasn’t anything serious. Maybe I felt uncomfortable because we met for the first time. We stayed in touch thereafter. My husband invited him to our house on dinner a couple of times. We exchanged pleasantries, but my conviction never changed for him. Almost a month later, my husband and I went jogging up the Kingston street. There I saw this same man coming towards us. My husband smiled seeing his friend but I froze instantly! I held the hand of my husband and clamped it tightly in fear. My husband shot me a perplexed look. To me, apart from the face of that man, his whole body appeared a structure of bones. I had never seen anything like that before. Within just a few days we learned that he was no more. He met a fatal car accident. People said he was drunk. I don’t know the actual cause of accident, but he is no longer with us. It was then that I started looking for someone who believed in gut feeling, maybe a medical intuitive. I was tired of it all and just wanted to get rid of it. To my surprise, my medical intuitive told me that it’s a natural gift I should cherish to have. And she told me how I can use my intuition in a positive manner. Since that day I consider myself lucky and blessed. I have occasionally received intuitive messages time and again, but I chose to share the above story because the memories of this incidence are still fresh in my mind. - Lisa Atkins, South Dacota |
| Intuitive Healing: The Survival Story of Sunita. |
| Mar 22, 2012 |
Wow! I’m getting a number of real-life intuitive healing stories from our readers enthusiastic to share their life-changing experience with others. This is the mesmerizing but painful story Sunita sent me last night. I was really moved while reading her medical complications and how she emerged out of them. Hi, I’m a 39-year old Indonesian native now settled in Melbourne. I have been a Registered Nurse throughout my career because I love serving people. About five years ago when I still worked back in Indonesia (I settled in Australia last year after getting married), I was a victim of uncompromising bladder and kidney problems that worsened with every passing day. Though I’m a nurse myself, the unbearable pain and other physical problems completely demotivated me. As a health conscious person, I never took health complications for granted. I could anticipate the potential troubles, so I had already scheduled the appointments with top doctors in the same hospital where I worked. One of the surgeons advised me to go through bladder reconstruction surgery before things get worse. To my surprise, my condition deteriorated badly and the same doctor then said that the right time for surgery has passed. I was perplexed. My parents offered moral support, but I was so depressed that I put on a lot of weight, I cut my contact with friends, I was nauseating due to the side effects of pills I popped every day. Sometimes, I silently asked God to end my life, I didn’t want to live anymore. One afternoon, I suddenly woke up from a nap to find my heart kicking my chest so hard that I was scared. My rising blood pressure might have ended up in stroke without medical supervision. I rushed to the emergency room of the hospital where doctors found that I was on the verge of critical arrhythmia and kidney failure. One after another specialist gathered around my bed, most of them were the ones I have worked with. They recommended heavy medication and dialysis every alternate day. The thoughts of kidney transplant and possible donors started flashing in my mind. I thought it was the only option for my survival. I had to quit my job, now the only thing that seemed to surround me was gloom. All kinds of random thoughts were popping up in hope of a miracle. I remembered a lady whom I had met almost six years ago during my Yoga classes. She had talked about medical healing and I was touched by her story. Suddenly I had a feeling that I should try it myself. It wasn’t that I believed in medical healing very much, but everything seems like a cure to a dying woman. I Googled “medical healer in Bandung.” When I contacted the one nearest to my house, I didn’t mention my conditions. But the healer was quick enough to fix an appointment with me next morning. When we met up, he talked to me about how human body heals itself, what we should do to listen to our intuition and a lot more things for almost an hour. After the initial checkups, he told me that I had problems with my adrenal glands, ureters and kidney. Later, we had several sessions together. Soon my heart beat dropped back to normal, I felt relaxed, my back didn’t hurt and the burning sensation in my bladder was gone! Today, I’m perfectly cured from arrhythmia and kidney failure. I’ve never had any ailment since and my body has no trace of my past sufferings. It was like the medical intuitive blessed me with a second life, and from that day on, my whole belief towards intuitive healing changed. I can never thank my medical healer enough, and now I highly recommend intuitive healing to my friends and relatives.

| Intuitive Healing: Your Soul Knows What Doctors Don’t. |
| Mar 19, 2012 |
I’ve long been thinking to explore the amazing intuitive healing experience of people throughout the world. And nothing could have been better than allowing our readers to share their stories with us all. Some of them have enthusiastically penned down their long story and mailed me. You, too, can share your own story/miracle of intuitive healing with the world through our blog. For now, here is what Jean O’Neal wrote to me. I’m an accountant based out of Des Moines, Iowa with a lovely wife and two naughty kids. Though I have had a number of intuitive experiences, I’d love to share the one that carries me back to my teens. Around 15 years ago, I didn’t care going to the doctors for treatment. I used to treat my illnesses and wounds like the lesions or cuts, burns in my own natural ways. I once had eczema (I couldn’t pronounce it correctly back then) on my left ear. In the beginning I didn’t tell it to anybody because I had a belief that just like other lesions, it will also heal up naturally. But my mom noticed it the next day and she dragged me to the doctor. I was still adamant that it’s not a problem big enough to require doctor’s attention. After the initial check-ups, the doctor simply said “You have to live with it” and prescribed me a few medicines. Then, I also complained that I feel low on energy. And again I got a similar response “You have to live with it, or try jogging in the morning. It may help.” I concluded that jogging and medicines may help me, doctors can’t. A neighborhood friend of mine suggested me to attend some healing classes. It’s not that my friend was an expert at it, but his dad offered intuitive healing classes. I wasn’t seriously inclined to it, but started taking classes on how the body works. I learned that our body is much more intelligent than any doctor, it has the ability to heal itself. Unfortunately we don’t bother to listen to it when we should. Soon, I also enrolled for the energetic healing. But I wasn’t quite satisfied with the outcomes. I still felt discouraged and lethargic. So, my friend’s dad remotely scrutinized almost every organ in my body to find out the problems. He noticed my shallow breathing, sprain in my left ankle, improper digestion and constantly aching hip. He was dedicated to healing me completely. He listened to me and provided guidance. He corrected me several times. My friend’s dad taught me the valuable self-healing techniques like visualization and meditation that I still practice to keep myself healthy. And I was cured eventually! I was free from eczema. I have always felt energetic and healthy ever since. I’m 32 now, and it is the best treatment I’ve ever been blessed with so far! Thank you, Dr. Webster, for allowing me to share my experience. |
| What is Intuitive Healing? |
| Mar 12, 2012 |
Intuitive healing means getting in touch with your own heart. It can also mean using your own energy to heal yourself. The most important step in intuitive healing is the ability to hear your own Intuitive voice (other names are your inner voice or Higher Self). Everyone has an Intuitive voice but not everyone can hear it. In most people the intuitive voice overpowered by their brain chatter which is always loud, emotional and intrusive. Intuitive voice is a quiet voice, subtle, gentle and non-intrusive. To hear your Intuitive voice you should be very calm and relaxed. Intuitive voice always focuses on your good, safety and health. Only in extreme situations is the Intuitive voice is loud: when you are in immediate danger and when you must act fast to save your life or life of your loved ones. In extreme situations the intuition becomes louder and logic quieter. That’s why in extreme situation people often do extraordinary things. In normal life the Intuitive voice is small and quiet. That is why you should be calm and quiet to hear it. There are 5 steps that you can follow in order to hear your Intuitive voice. 1st step is to believe in intuition. Be positive about your intuition and believe that it is always here for you to help you. Every time you are negative or doubt it is there– your intuition is getting weaker and its power is undermined. The more you believe in your own intuitive powers the stronger it becomes. In terms of healing you must believe that you can heal yourself with your own energy. 2nd step is to love your body, be relaxed in it and nurture it. Your Intuitive voice lives in the body. You must provide a good home for your Intuitive voice so it speaks to you. When people get intuitive messages – they get them from the gut or from the heart or somewhere else from the body. People describe subtle feelings of warmth or comfort in the body when they receive intuitive messages. Nurturing your body with moderate exercise, right eating, baths, etc will help you to hear your Intuitive voice better. 3rd step is to feel your own energy. You can feel your own energy during meditation, relaxation, after exercises, after or during a bath. The body energy feels like a subtle tingling, vibrations or warmth inside your body. During the healing process you can use this energy, to focus this energy on any sore spot or an organ in order to heal it. 4th step is to ask for healing (if you do healing) or ask for something you want to fix or materialise in your life. This means just ask what you want. For example: “Please heal my back” or “Please help me repair my emotional wound after divorce” or “Please heal my relationship with my parents (sister, boyfriend, husband, wife etc.) Whatever you want to heal or fix – just name it. 5th step is to visualise the healing process or visualise something you want to happen for you in a very positive way. Visualise the organ you want to heal as being a healthy one. For example, if you need to heal your heart from this bothering arrhythmia, you should visualise your heart as being healthy and strong which pumps your blood without any problems. It is always good to know the anatomy of the organ and the body you want to heal. It makes visualisation easier and much more powerful. You can apply these five intuitive steps to every health challenge in your life, as well as every emotional or sexual issue. Have fun with it. And stay positive. |
| Can You Share Your Story About Intuition and Intuitive Healing With Others. |
| Mar 11, 2012 |
Throughout my life I’ve had a very strong intuitive sense. This includes intuition about dreams, people, and events. I’ve also had intuitive healing experiences with myself and healing experiences in regards to other people (when I used my intuitive voice to heal others). Some examples of intuitive healing I experienced I want to share with you. 1) About 4 years ago I had bad eczema on my hands and fingers. According to the doctors and all the medical textbooks this kind of eczema is a chronic condition. It cannot be cured, but can only be controlled by hormonal ointments and creams. Nevertheless, I cured the eczema myself without using any hormonal treatments. I used meditation and visualization techniques. Here is what I did: - I meditated twice daily for about 30-40 min each time. -At the same time I visualized my hands being nice, clean and healthy. I visualized the little cells of my damaged skin being repaired and the wounds closing up and producing new healthy skin. -In a few days I noticed significant improvements in my skin condition. Another few days passed and my hands were basically clean from the eczema. Now for about 4 years I haven’t had a sign of eczema and my hands are nice and clean like they were before the illness. 2) I also healed my foot after damaging it while running. I did meditation, felt my body energy and visualized my foot as strong and healthy. Because I knew the anatomy of the injury (I had an injury on the ‘ball of the foot’ and a few tendons in this region were injured) I visualized the tendons getting repaired and becoming strong and healthy again. The result was great. The pain stopped. I can run again without any pain. Now I want to explore the amazing intuitive healing experience of people throughout the world. I would like to hear your stories of intuition and intuitive healing. I think it is great to share these experiences with people because true stories are always inspiring and empowering. True stories make people believe in intuition and make them use their own intuitive powers for healing or anything in life. Let’s share your stories!!! |
| How Positive Affirmations can Make you More Intuitive. |
| Mar 01, 2012 |
Many people wonder why they should use affirmations. Some even say that affirmations don’t work. But the reality is that every thought you think, in fact is an affirmation. Repetitive thoughts become very strong affirmations because they get imbedded in your mind and shape you as a person. Look at your regular thoughts. Are most of them negative or positive? If most of your thoughts are positive – then you’re already doing positive affirmations. If most of your thoughts are negative – then you should start doing positive affirmations as soon as possible to counteract the negative effect of bad thoughts on your health. If most of your thoughts are negative then your intuition gets shut down also. Negative thoughts come from fear and fear is opposite to intuition. Fear overruns intuition. The voice of fear is always highly emotional, loud, minimizing and negative. The intuitive voice is subtle, gentle, reassuring and focus towards positive outcomes. Positive thinking will help you to tune into positive events, attract them into your life and become more intuitive to the positive things around you. I know some people who think that they are only intuitive to the bad things in life. And they attract them. Bad things and events follow them. The explanation here is simple: their negative thoughts put them in tune with negative events. Therefore they attract them. To change this negative circle they must start thinking positive. Positive thinking not just affects your mind but affects the biochemistry of your body as well. Your body changes its functions under the effects of positive thoughts. And this is why you will become more intuitive to good things in life – because of the biochemical changes in your body. Every morning when you just get up, start your day with the words to yourself: “You are wonderful.” Or “You are amazing.” And feel it. It doesn’t matter what happened to you yesterday, forget this – because today you are amazing. And of course, you should act as if you are amazing too. Your intuition will thrive, especially if you add on daily mediation to your routine. You start seeing and sensing positive things and attract them into your life. During the day remind yourself about how wonderful you are. Self-approval will make you listen and hear your intuitive voice – your Higher self. Then you will achieve extraordinary results with anything you do. Now, say a complement to yourself. Say it again and again and again… Feel it and repeat it later on also. Tune into positive things and see the results you will get. |
| Is Depression a Real Illness or Just Losing Hope, Spirit and Intuition? |
| Feb 24, 2012 |
I don’t consider depression as an illness. Contrary to its definition I believe that depression is just an adaptive mechanism which has served humans for thousands years. We all get depressed from time to time. Some people recover faster than others. Some turn to alcohol, drugs, food or something else to cope with their bad feelings. But many are able to find hope and good spirits in a relatively short time: these are normally people who are adapt at listening to their intuition or their intuitive voice. The fact is that feeling low sometimes is nature’s way of telling us that something is wrong with our lives and we need to fix it. Depression is similar to pain. Pain tells us that something is wrong with our body and it needs treatment. The same can be said about depression – it warns us that we need to change the way we live our life. Generally in order to feel good, seven important factors must be present in our lives: 1. Good nutrition. If any of these factors are missing, a person feels uncomfortable. If several of them are missing a person gets depressed and even goes into despair. The fact is that most depressed people live on a bad diet, drink lots of alcohol, smoke, and stay indoors nearly all the time, they don’t exercise and don’t have any goals to strive for. Their relationships are poor or almost non-existent. Why do people practice this self-destructive behavioural pattern? I think one of the most important reasons is that they stop listening to their intuitive voice or their spirit. They lose hope that they can be happy again, have love and feel pleasure. Their intuition shuts down. Intuition is our gift from nature and its function is to keep us safe, healthy and happy. Our intuitive voice always guides us to what is best for us. This voice is gentle, subtle and non-intrusive. The problem is that it can be easily overrun by brain noises – most of which are loud, emotional and negative. The brain is your chatterbox. The brain tells you how bad your life is, how insufficient you are and how bad you feel. The brain does not necessarily tell the truth but often gives us only a perception of the truth. Intuition always leads you onto a better direction in live and always tells the truth. Of course severe loss and trauma can cause depression even in an otherwise healthy person. Even when all the seven factors are present, the loss of a loved one or a breakup usually result in profound feelings of depression. The same can happen with the loss of one’s career, health, home, etc. But if the person who is suffering the loss is able to connect to his/her intuition – the depression goes away much faster. One of the worst things that can happen to a person is when they go to a mental health centre; mentions they are depressed and is then sent off to see a psychiatrist. Then they get a prescription for antidepressant and are told (falsely) that their depression is an illness like diabetes for example. Then they are told they must take pills the same way that a diabetic must take insulin and they lose touch even more with their intuition. Depressed people take the prescribed drugs they are given, but remain unequipped to manage their lives. Their habits and lifestyle stay the same so the depression grows. The side effects of taking antidepressants can also cause severe problems like drug addictions, drowsiness, immobility, poor coordination etc. The most important thing for a mental health professional is to assess a depressed person’s lifestyle, habits, relationships, history, etc., to determine the source of their depressive feelings. From this assessment, a healing program should be developed and active support and assistance provided to the patient in the implementation of this program. An explanation on how the spiritual side in human beings work must also be provided by a health professional. Without recognising and accepting the spirit it is nearly impossible for anyone to recover from depression permanently. Sure they can go into a kind of remission, but some little thing happens and they crash back to their depression. The best antidepressant is your own spirit and the intuitive voice we all possess. Learning to use it will be much more beneficial in the long run that a handful of drugs. Read more http://www.womenhealthsite.com/emotional-health

| Don’t Confuse Intuition with Fear! |
| Feb 22, 2012 |
Once you have learned to listen to your intuition, like many others you might have to face certain obstacles along the way. Sometimes, people misinterpret unrealistic fear for intuition and make decisions or choices that restrict them, instead of broadening. Remember that your higher self (intuition) is your inner calling completely separate from your physical body, whereas fear expresses itself through emotions attached with physical reactions like sweating, adrenaline rush, shivering, etc. Signs of Fear Imagine that you are on a morning walk and suddenly you notice a rabid dog chasing you from behind, or a rash car hurling towards you. Frightened, you’d naturally take evasive action and try to escape. This kind of fear is absolutely real and sensible, which we call “protective” fear. However, there is another form of fear. The unrealistic and unhealthy one that we call “False Evidence, Appearing Real.” In this case, you worry about something that might happen if certain circumstances are to occur, no matter what is the probability of that incidence taking place. Instead of empowering you, it makes you feel as if you are powerless, disabled and you can’t do anything but pray and worry like a coward. Since this fear is highly emotional, its content are cruel and demeaning. To be more precise, you’d notice that fear messages do not come from within, they are the brainchild of your negative attitude and they do not come from the centre. Characteristics of Rational Intuition Intuition messages are your inner guide that come across as a neutral and unemotional image. These images are first seen in your mind’s eye, then felt. Contrary to fear, intuition messages are positive connotations that strengthen you emotionally, spiritually and physically to protect yourself or someone else. Differentiating Fear from Intuition Now that you know the attributes of fear and intuitive messages, you should find it easy to draw a line between the two. A big part of the problem is that you live in a horrible future (the home of fear) instead of living in the present (where intuition resides). When faced with a feeling or emotion about a situation or the possibility of some incidence, observe yourself whether you are thinking about past or future then consciously set your mind on the present moment. If your mind isn’t in present, your feelings can’t be intuitive. Another great way to tell the two apart is to pay close attention to your feeling. Ask yourself whether the message empowers and motivates you (intuition) or increases your anxiety, agitation, jealousy and makes you crazy (fear). Our intuitive messages are always in favour of our best interests. If you happen to ignore them in the beginning, they are conveyed again and again in the same simple and loving way until you receive them.

| Awakening Your Intuition For Good Health And Wellbeing. |
| Feb 20, 2012 |
Look around and you’ll find many people that possess every materialistic thing imaginable, still they feel lost. Perhaps you might already have noticed them. Despite everything, they are dissatisfied, stressed, tense. They have lost peace of mind, physical, emotional and sexual health. Relationships aren’t that fulfilling and they aren’t clear about their life’s purpose. The truth is, they have lost connection with their intuitive voice. But, the good thing is that you can awaken your intuition to heal your body, build fulfilling relationships and enjoy life at fullest. The following five steps will bring you all the satisfaction and healing powers you have been searching for. Quiet the Chatter in Your Mind Every waking minute your brain is bombarded with thousands of thoughts that keep your mind occupied. Most of these thoughts are meaningless or not useful. So destroy the machine-gun of weird thoughts to listen to your intuitive voice. You can practice Yoga, meditation, hypnosis or take a quiet walk to clear your mind. With an unquiet mind, your intuitive voice might be talking to you, but it goes unnoticed in the rush of thoughts. Get to Know Your Beliefs Your beliefs and attitude act as bricks and mortar for healing. Positive and productive thoughts guide you towards success. So let go of all the negative and counterproductive ideas. Since your thoughts and beliefs stimulate the release of neurochemicals, they have direct effect on every organ of your body. Remember how your entire body froze at the sight of that dreadful accident? I’m just trying to you how the activities in your mind affect your body. Rid yourself of the negative beliefs that consciously or unconsciously occur in your mind, because they can hamper your healing. Be in Your Body You can’t be cognizant of the early signs of your diseased body unless you are in it. Most of us generally tend to live neck up, ignoring the entire other parts. Love your body and take conscious efforts to keep it healthy. There is a concept in martial arts called “no mind” which means there exists no line of separation between mind and body. They are one. You are in a better position to heal a disease if your physical body, emotions and mind are united. Various tests like X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan provide the internal pictures of your body that are used as a clue for recovery. Why not use these visual images to connect you with the substances you are made up of? Since intuitive healing is body interactive, being in your body gives you a head-start on preventing and handling diseases. Feel the Energy of Your Body No doubt our body is composed of blood, bones and flesh, but there also flows a vital energy. The acupuncture practitioners call it “chi”. This energy plays a significant role in keeping you healthy. So, it is beneficial from intuitive point of view to sense this energy in your body, recognize the imbalances and correct them. Ask for Inner Guidance Our intuitive voice says something about healing our illnesses, but we logic-minded intellectuals generally drown this voice out. You can seek the guidance of intuition only if there is stillness within. Get some time for quiet contemplation, meditation or connect with nature to listen to your inner voice. Ask a question and listen to what your inner self says. Listen to Your Dreams We all have a basic healing instinct that spontaneously or upon request appears in dreams. Since dreams arise from within you, they are like a family doctor that knows you inside out. Consult them, have a conversation with them and you’ll be amazed to find how clearly your dreams advice you. But the actual problem is retrieving your dreams. You know that you had an awesome dream last night, but by the morning it all fades away. If it happens with you, consider keeping a journal and a pen by your bed and note down everything about the dream before you leave the bed. You can look back at it later and think if it relates to the problem you had in mind. Trust your instinct and let your intuition guide you towards a healthier and happier life.
